Did you ever go to Sam’s on Milpas? I went everyday. I went to Santa Barbara High School and it was in walking distance. IV has changed so much. Lots of new buildings and new apartments.

No I didn't know there was one. One of my buddies used to live over by the zoo and I worked at what was the Radisson at the time so we were always getting into trouble on Milpas late night. It was a little more gangster back then but good times. Still try and hit up La Super Rica and see a show at the bowl whenever me and the fam are in town.

IV is crazy right now with all the development. It doesn't look the same. I saw the other day that apartments on DP were renting for 13k/mo with 11 person max occupancy. That's insane lol.

Milpas and the east side is more gangster than ever. Mexican mafia presence there now. All the surenos that got locked up in the early 2000s are coming home. It’s a gang infested area.
