Trevor Lawrence only worth 5.5 points?!

Bookmaker has the Clemson/BC line back up on the board...Tigers (-25.5)...that's only 5.5 points from Clemson (-31)!...I thought he'd be worth at least two TD's and the line would have been somewhere in the (-17.5) point range...I'm really tempted to take BC but don't know how well the backup Clemson QB's will play...that's the obvious X factor in this equation.

The 73-7 win over Georgia Tech, 3 other QBs got in the game. Helms went 7-9 and 2 TDs. Not sure who is starting for Clemson, but I'd lay the points with Helms. BC sucks.

I'm hardly the go to NCAA football analyst but from where I sit I think Clemson's game plan will be stick the ball in Etienne's gut early and often. If BC can't slow him down, well BC will be in for a long day.

He's a beast, he's one of the elite RB's in the nation if not the elite RB and the only reason he doesn't lead the nation in rushing yards is because he doesn't get many touches late in the game when the second unit offense is in.
Etienne should get 8 or so safe targets too out of the backfield.

Regarding Uiagalelei, yes he was a HS freak, top ranked HS QB, played a lot in a mop up role against Citadel, went 8 for 11, he can play at this level.
Plus he's been getting starters reps in practice all week too.

Coach will have a good safe game plan for him and the offense.

Expect Clemson to play ball control, all Etienne all the time.
If that's the case that'll eat up a lot of clock so maybe BC can keep it within 24 but I wouldn't bet on it.
Clemson has more than enough defense to limit BC's offense.

Clemson wins, probably by 27 or so.

This is in wrong forum. But anyway. The backup QB is a good talent and he will be out to prove himself. Clemson can win by however many points they want and if anything they might be a bit more aggressive on offense then they would with lawrence to give the backup good game experience.

Entienne has quietly been much better this year than last year, he much stronger, he’s just not getting the credit he deserves because Lawrence is getting all the credit.

Vegas and books have clearly underestimated Trevor Lawrence's worth and capabilities...I knew I should have taken BC and the points when the line opened up at (+25.5)...
