I don't know why, but pinnacle customer service is not answering to my questions, they are not forwarding my emails to the relevant department and are just not solving the issues I have reported. During last two months I have reported hundreds of issues, I have included dozens of videos and dozens of screenshots. First time they have respond with a template answer like "we are sorry to hear that, we are working on it" bla bla bla. now they have disappeared while the issues NOT! I have no clue what to do next... any advices? Thanks in advance!
