My dog is a rescue. Part rat terrier part jack Russell. Hates black people and has bitten couple. In Ohio I had to put him on lockdown and pay 200 for the city to keep stopping by to check him for 3 months. Had some halfbreed I was dating. He never messed with her. I guess he understood she was part white.
