Koo has missed two PAT's this year, so I can see that hesitation. But in any case the one thing you must do either way is run the time down near 0 to make it last possession. Can't give the ball back. Gurley was instructed to go down. They figured he could do as instructed. If he goes down at the 1 they can run the clock down to 20 seconds and then they still have 2 TO's. Take a knee at the 2 and call a TO at around 10 seconds. Then you can go ahead and try to run it in and call TO if you don't make it. I still think you have a better chance of missing FG than fumbling in that spot, unless your runner is a moron.
