I just logged back into paypal, I have no confirmation anywhere (not even an email) that I am on a waitlist

But i definitely clicked join waitlist and said i would hear from them in the coming weeks to try it out first

I won $100 in bitcoin from SBR, made an account at coinbase.com and sent the receiving address in and they replied back and aid that it needs to be 34 characters and the address I got is only 18. I don't know what a bitcoin even is or what you do with it.

There was no waitlist for me. I was just able to buy some now. Unfortunately you can't send the bitcoin anywhere so it's useless for me but I have $100 of bitcoin in my paypal.

No. Like I said you can't send or receive any bitcoin. You can just buy it and have it in a seperate paypal balance. It's basically useless unless you are investing.

so if you're buying btc thru paypal, you can only hold onto it until you eventually want to sell it but you can't make actual payments with it?... if so, who does the sell order go thru?
