Rays do seem like the trendy public dog, which usually doesn’t end well.

Dodgers are a good fastball hitting team and Glasnow really only throws 2 pitches, relying mainly on the heat. he's been having some control issues too. the Rays pen is also predominately heat throwers, whereas Dodgers tend to struggle more with junk ballers and lefties. that's what gives me hesitation in backing the Rays in this series in general

that said, i wouldn't be in a hurry to back Kershaw either. he's good for 5 innings max and if the Rays can remain patient in the box he could get into trouble quickly since he's been having a hard time throwing strikes with his curveball that he eventually ends up having to groove some pitches

I put a half unit on Rays ML and a unit on the over hitting. I think both teams bats find a way to score some runs so I feel stronger about the over getting there but I just had to fade Kershaw so I took Rays ML small.
