It's actually the other way around. Back in the day the worst NFL team would crush the best NCAAF team, but nowadays I think the best NCAAF team is basically an NFL team in waiting.

Take Alabama's offense for example, not only will most of those guys being playing on Sundays down the road, but they will be very high draft picks. I would argue Alabama's offense is better RIGHT NOW than the New York Jets offense and I don't think I'm even going out on a limb saying that.
