Logging in is hit and miss for me, working sporadically. When I can get in, I was able to place bets and those were still confirmed bets twenty minutes later, so the good news is it is not a BOL situation. This does seem to happen about once a month for me, but the site is almost always back up within a few hours.

Chrome never seems to work well for me. If you're using that, clear all history, cache, and cookies and try again. I recommend Firefox or IE/Edge, though. Bookmaker is the only thing I use with these browsers.
