not yet here, i know on the weekends at time you got to hit reload a few times as i think i was getting what you are talking about, but it did not last long, try cleaning your cookies too or try a different browser

It's OK for me today. Often can't log in in mobile though, the login loading just keep chugging.

Works here. If you go on live chat they will just tell you to clear cookies and cache. I saved you time not having to give them your pin and wait 20 minutes. BOL

If you’re using mobile you have to close out the page and open a new window and go back to the website. For some reason on mobile after it logs you out you can’t log back in even if you put the account and password in in the same window
