Nonsense
Lots of guys had Yanks and Chiefs last night... did you take Rays and Pats? At the end of the day you make your plays no matter the rationale.

I didn't say the SBR consensus is always wrong. But most of the time they are wrong. So no I didn't take Rays and Pats yesterday but even if I did and they were wrong, in the long run fading the SBR consensus is money. You may see it different. But agreed, you need to make your own plays. But if I make a bet and see SBR consensus is on the other side it makes me much more confident in my bet.

I've been here ten years too.
I'll bet (I'm not going to lol) but I bet if you look at the SBR consensus across the past ten years I bet it's about 50/50.
Sometimes you're right, and sometimes you're wrong.
(If you listen to that fraudulent wanna be tout Big Daddy though we are all a bunch of losers, except him of course)
Point being I make my selections based on my own handicapping methods and I'll pay attention to the SBR posters that I do respect, but at the end of the day it's my wager and not one poster or any other individual is going to sway my opinion.

Anyone got any strong leans in the two late baseball games? Couple dominant arms going in the Dodgers game, is Clevinger fully recovered?
Yanks bats stay hot? Glasnow has been impressive as of late.

On paper most of the analytics say TB is the play.
I'm both an analytic geek and a former jock so I think I am qualified to say all games are played on the field and not on paper though.
TB is the logical play but logic doesn't always win out in athletic contests.
Oh, LAD should roll.

Jumped on Over 8.5 with Astros A's. The ball is flying out of Dodger Stadium, but despite 4 HRs its only 5-2. It was 5-2 in the top of the 5th. Well been running good all year....need 2 runs from somewhere?
