The expectation is that Sunday's game will not be played as scheduled at 4:25 p.m. ET, a source told Yates. A source told one option being discussed would involve the Patriots leaving for Kansas City on Sunday and playing the game Monday.

Baseball had many teams shut down during their season and it turned out fine. They probably just won't have time to play a full season because it will be March or April of next year for the Super Bowl. Maybe they will end up having an ALL-32 playoff bracket because they did not plan for this accordingly on their scheduling. It's sad because how many talking heads sit there and babble about each game all day but these same talking heads never suggested a more open schedule with many open weeks as poster in another thread suggested?

It is... Even CDC admits it's less deadly than the flu.

Allegedly, it's more contagious but less deadly.

Just by numbers of positive tests, there should've been one or two professional athletes dead from Covid with all the positive tests but none have died. So that's that...

I don't know why they're cancelling games. Did the NFL cancel games during H1N1 or H3N2? Just have them stay home. But they have to keep the narrative going on dangers of Covid.
