Certain cities in the US have zero cases because they are isolated. This virus is spread by contact with others or close proximity. President Trump is headed to Walter Reed Medical Center, according to a White House pool report.
Trump has had a fever since this morning, a person familiar with the matter says. The person said the fever remains consistent with the White House's earlier description of "mild symptoms."
This is in addition to new information released by the White House doctor, which described Trump as "fatigued."

A couple things to unpack here. First, as has been said, he’s old, and he’s fat. Thus far most ppl I see who struggle and get really short of breath are obese. If he is having any respiratory symptoms they will probably want a CT/PE scan because covid causes clots in lungs, also some heart failure, so probably want an echocardiogram. You don’t usually do all this as soon as someone is sick with covid, but since he’s the president....guessing they throw the book at him. It doesn’t make much sense for him to take an unproven experimental medication no one is using instead of just going on remdesivir and maybe steroids for now, possibly a low therapeutic dose of blood thinners. Seems like they are putting the cart before the horse with this plasma treatment but I am not taking care of him.
