You’re missing the point of this. It spreads very quickly so you have to stop action in order for it to be contained. By stopping action you are possibly delaying or cancelling games. This isn’t mlb you can’t just have 30 doubleheaders.
If they just “play ball” like you say then I’m betting there would be over 500 cases in the span of 2-3 weeks and then at that point the season is over.

The Minnesota-Houston game is basically meaningless. Two of the very worst teams in the NFL with ZERO chance of making the playoffs, no matter what that fool Minnesota Fats thinks. agreed. if it is a couple of names, and the contact tracing shows no spread, they should still play. shouldn't be like baseball where they suspend games for a week for 1 positive test.

Read the rules covering Covid-19. That should answer all of your questions. Try reading the articles. The coach in question did NOT test positive until AFTER the game. Do you ever read at all?
