Tried to transfer from sbr to them 3 times and it keeps getting rejected. Now it allows me to buy from my bank so I know the acct is good. Could someone please tell me a go between. My phone has been hacked for sometime. I need to change but seeing i don't do business on the phone.It hasn't been a problem.

IMO Opti is the expert on this stuff.
He educated me a couple years ago. I use a crypto wallet on my cell phone for initial transfers. Then I will go from there to Coinbase (or sportsbook or elsewhere) as needed. Not sure if this is an option for you if your phone is hacked since the bitcoin are literally stored in your cell phone wallet until you move them again.

Make sure the btc address at cb isn’t expiring on you, I’ve seen them only good for 24 hours and then they expire , and sbr may not be processing them in that time period
Or download a Electrum wallet on your desktop and make sure you set the receiving btc to never expires
Be prepared to have to take a selfie and a pic of dl at cb every time you send btc anywhere now or there will be a hold put on any send transactions for 72 hours, even if you use a dc for the btc purchase
