Maybe, but the government doesn't care for Pinnacle at all. It wasn't that long ago that they got busted for operating illegally in the US through agents. Doubt they'll be that quick to do business with them. Betcris got a deal because they played nicely for so many years.

If BetCRIS gets in, they may never make it. Moving away from the US may have done them in long term for the market. DraftKings and FanDuel have the big edge on the average player. BetCRIS will handle the professional level bettors and be the book others follow. The rest will scramble for the remainders.
