I feel so bad for you. I feel so bad for everyone. The worst is getting stolen from. Any time I've been stolen from it just feels like absolute dogshit. Knowing how many people are getting stolen from now, and in the manner inwhich its happening is enfuriating. I tried for literally 30 minutes to get support to answer direct questions. Not ONCE did I get an answer to my question but did get my question met with a question.
Now I'm on the phone with them (after the chat below, sorry for weird format). I read them the Nets and Heat scenario and gave them the ticket #s for the Nets. Also gave them the Finals matchup bet. She put me on hold and then only came back with the Finals matchup bet and told me because it didn't have a chance. So I tried back with the Heat/Nets discussion, for which she tried that ticket with the 'wagering department' and put me on hold. She came back and said it was a company decision and the same stands for both. I asked to speak with the wagering department and she told me they weren't available for calls. I told her oh ofcourse not, they haven't been available for the past week. I told her that her and I had already made it clear from this scenario that I never had a chance at winning either of my bets on the Heat and Nets, but could only get refunds at best, and my money was stolen from me with my loss on the Nets. I told her what she was doing is wrong helping enable this company to steal money from people by passing along this information. That I don't know her job prospects or how tough her life may or not be but she should walk out that door immediately or else shame on her for continuing to help these people steal money from people.

With as much money as they are profiting from stealing money from other players hopefully they will be able to pay people that have balances. But shame on people who do receive payouts and aren't vocal about the people like me and others with futures that are getting stolen from. We are the SOLE reason that anyone will be getting paid ANYTHING. So enjoy the money guys but seriously, know where its coming from and be vigilant or else gfy. & if you received a refund on a bet with negative equity and are not extremely vocal about how f'd up the situation is you're the lowest of the low. This is going to be my last post on the issue because it's making me too sad and upset.. but 5Dimes needs to be blacklisted sooner than later (preferably now) to protect people from getting stolen from. Unless the grade is being delayed so that it won't cost players with current balances a chance of getting paid.
But they absolutely HAVE TO be blacklisted. On my bets alone I had $2000+ stolen from me. You can look at it from either side, having not paid out the equity of my open bets, or refunding bets in markets where they took losses from me. The net result of not making either of the 2 grading decisions that wouldn't be stealing, resulted in them stealing over $2000 from me. Simply from deliberately stealing from markets by not grading them properly.
I know I'm not the only one in this, but that is as bad as it gets. That's a blacklist. There's no 2 ways about it. To sugarcoat it as anything but would be incredible, and simply unfair to the people not only being stolen from, but the potential victims going forward and granting a thieving company to operate under the auspices that they aren't 'that bad'.
I was holding out some hope that my Heat wager would've been graded fairly since it was left open, but now seeing it getting refunded after getting freerolled on it (I have a message from support from last week that said they wouldn't grade it because it still had a chance to lose), the book is SHUT. Even if they 'do the right thing' now, which is probably a 1 in 10,000 shot, they've already been outed as having made a company decision to steal. Sadly these red flags have been there with bad decisions going back a year or so now and I've been vocal about it... zero attention was paid to it. No one really seems to care.Comment -

Hey, thanks for going to all that effort to inform me of what you had received. I had checked each of my emails before posting my post and now have checked them all again. None of them have the statement you post here.
I also did not get a link to the page on the 5dimes.eu web site you posted. I did get a link that takes me to a FAQ page about withdrawals but it doesn't mention the 48 hours at that link.
I tried for a 2nd withdrawal and it wasn't rejected. I'll check back later to report what happens with that request.

Refunding wagers that have gained equity is stealing, there are no two ways about it. Clearly that ship has sailed at this point. 5Dimes is not going to reverse course on that decision. And once a book announces their plan is to steal from customers and starts execute that plan, there can be no positive ratings from any reputable book review site, or that site immediately loses all credibility IMO.Comment -

What I was right about the most is people like you having no integrity and hurting the cause big time.
Over the last week you were so one sidedly looking out for only your best interests that you actually said the above things... That the thievery of the parlays market was clear, but not other markets. "sucks for most bets but there are some situations that are better for the player being cancelled, so they aren't really stealing on every future bet by cancelling them". You didn't understand how they were stealing from ALL markets and how easy it was to comprehend. At the time, you even showed the refund that you had gotten, but now as admitted you were still holding out hope to get refunded for everything. Even though at the same time you not only said that you also had 'more open futures' but even tried to somehow try to make up some weird excuse while still not getting it that there were 'other futures' that weren't stealing, because there was a yes and a no..

You would be correct in normal circumstances, where everyone expects all futures to play out. But here 5Dimes has knowledge that they aren't going to play all futures out. So by grading only the losers, they are freerolling players. 5Dimes is positioning all of their futures such that they have zero risk. All of the risk is on the players.
Another example of them freerolling is how they have voided wagers for Heat win ECF but not voided Field vs. Heat wins ECF. With today's Celtics win, that one might not be a danger to players anymore, but who knows. Either way, it's an example of 5Dimes' unethical play.Comment -
Coming up on 2 weeks, none of my futures have been graded, cancelled, win, lose, anything. NFL should all be cancelled and refunded. My NHL Tampa parlayed with Lakers, who knows. Thankfully, I lost my other NBA with Bucks & Clippers. LOL, glad I lost, wild eh? Haven't even mentioned MLB nor Biden/Trump plays.

And it doesn't matter if people who bet the field to win are getting refunds too. Bets either need to be honored, or worst case scenario, equity needs to be calculated and prorated amounts need to be paid out, which is not hard to do.
Hypothetically, if I bet $1k to win $1k each on two season win totals in MLB, one is mathematically guaranteed to lose, and one is 95% to win on some arbitrary date chosen by the book, I should either have a 95% chance to break even, or I should be down $50. The way 5dimes is doing it, I would be down $1k. I don't understand how anyone could think this is OK.Comment -
It is disappointing that so many people seem to be worried more about their own individual situation than collectively holding 5Dimes accountable. I wish more folks would realize that making sure 5Dimes and sites that review sportsbooks do the right thing is the best way for all of us to have the best possible outcomes. These entities need to realize that no one is ever going to trust them again unless they do everything they can to ensure that we're all treated fairly. just joined this forum, cause i can't take how stressful/scary this is....i have 12K after killing the bubble....should have even more, cause have huge futures on heat and lakers.....so here is my update for others stressed......
I requested 8K on 9/11 (mad i waited at all). then 2K on 9/14. had chats about my futures, where the person responding was a jackass that didn't understand how bad this was screwing me (like 300 to win 1900 on Heat to win the East). i insisted on my clippers finals futures to be cancelled, as they legit could only lose at that moment (like 9/13), which was met with more stupidity and then it played out with that crazy Nugs win, so lost that (unfairly). but i have just accepted i am screwed with futures. and actually, today (9/19) they finally cancelled them all and credited my account about $1500.
But now I just keep waiting. I have a 10K total requested and nothing has been paid. when I was on the phone on 9/16, I spoke to an agent that assured me there was no problem (she sounded credible, but i am also just feeling like a sucker). then she said "well you have a 8k and a 2k withdraw, why don't we merge it to a 10k request?" I agreed. then i checked the cashier thing and now it reads like a new request and my "initial request" was on 9/16. so i sit waiting. it's a nightmare. i finally had a good run in the bubble. lost like 14K in 2019. then got hot in the bubble and could finally live with myself again.....then this happpend....and I think all my winning will go for not and they will just never pay me.....anyone want to walk me off the ledge, cool.....i'll believe it when it get my bitcoinComment -

The problem is we don't have any leverage. 5dimes could close up shop right now without paying anyone and we still couldn't do anything about it. Maybe it would be possible to sue them in a Costa Rican court but I'm sure their terms of service covers this sort of legal liability. And if 5dimes manages to enter the American market, they won't even need their former clientele. They will have more action than they know what to do with if they can maintain a competitive advantage vs the legal books, as they are now.Comment -

I understand your frustration as I was also given an infraction for an accusation against an advertising book in the past.
