I agree, it’s strange. I think we will know a lot more by Monday to see if the payouts go through for everyone who requested Monday/Tuesday and refunds on futures which are expecting any day now according to their support.

The only thing I can think of for the way they are handling this so far is that they made some sort of agreement/settlement with US government to put offshore away for good. The language used by 5D is so vauge in their announcement but talks of an “administrator” and such a hard deadline makes me think US gov is involved, with perhaps a fast track to US market for starting this domino effect.

Part of the agreement may simply be
1) pay customers their money
2) refund any wagers after a certain date

I guarantee you some government official would have no idea what a “freeroll” would be if they were coming up with an agreement/settlement with 5dimes. So 5dimes may be fulfilling their agreement but at the same time keeping as much money as possible. At the moment 5d are following what they published on Monday (assuming all refunds get processed and payouts made).

This is the only thing that makes sense to me at this time with the information publicly available.

Payouts are being processed and they say they are refunding wagers with people in a que. we just have to wait and see how it plays out.

They are going to shut off the market on the 21st, and then refund any remaining wagers. Then, players without bitcoin or a $1000 in account won’t be able to withdraw what they do have. = More money for 5dimes.
