I think it is Illinois only, as part of them just going live in the state.
Friday they offered a $50 max bet of will the Cubs score at least 1 run.

just looked up my fanduel account, I feel like I accidently opened 2 accounts 3-4 years ago playing daily fantasy, I think we closed the new one.
anyways I have $50 dollars they put into the account with my old email address.
I don't see any info on rollover or restrictions on that $, should I just put it on the clippers 99 to double up or should I fund the account to be eligible for other bonuses. They don't seem to have terms of service anywhere i've found yet.

It's to get you away from DK and Rivers. It's free money.

just what I needed
didn't realize it was a max of 50 dollar play, I was thinking 500 mixing it up with the money back first bet promo

Maybe that's for offshore bonuses you like to frequent, but this is IL only trying to capture market share.

They are.
Used their promo get your first bet back up to $500 (in site credit) if it doesn't hit. Put it on the Cubs ML today (+120).
If you're in Northern Illinois, you can withdraw and get in cash at either the track or one of their OTBs.

I don't know if it's 1 or 2 bets (at $500 each). Only good if your bet loses and they refund you in site credit which you must risk before withdrawing.

Only good if your bet loses? Wouldn't you want to win the bet?
I mean it's good to have a risk-free $1,000 bet.
What's the strategy on this though? Something with decent + odds?

I should clarify that when I mean good, I mean "valid" (i.e. You don't get the site credit if your bet wins).
Personally, I think the "risk free" bets on lower to moderate plus money (+150-200) are best since if they hit, nice payout. If it loses, treat it like a regular deposit and the refund is just a normal deposit I hope not to lose since you have to bet through it (DK is a FP though).
I hit with Points Bet (Cubs ML when Alec Mills threw the no hitter at +150) and FanDuel on an NBA total (didn't think to put it on plus money). DK gave me a free bet equal to my first bet win or lose. The money bet lost (NBA spread) and the free bet hit on a Yankees/TB ov which paid -108 at the time, so only lost the juice.
