If you plan on doing this for a while you're going to need to learn to look for plays that offer some value and forget about laying huge vig on public faves. Yankees are a great example of who NOT to bet.

Don't bet the Yanks when their 1 2 3 4 hitters are out injured. It's just a stupid bet. They're still chalk every game even with the entire top half of their opening day lineup out. They can survive without Stanton just plug Frazier or Ford in but with Judge, DJ and Torres all out too that's a huge blow.
