You do realize the data you looked up is skewed right? I hope you dig deep enough to see that. That incidents of this level are not submitted by many police departments. They don’t count unarmed black woman in your data count and many others that did die were missing from the data set in previous years leading to this being inaccurate sourcing. It took me 2 minutes to find That information.
As for your comparison about whites vs blacks, blacks vs blacks, etc, why is that the comparison you use for police action? Why don’t we focus on that? 4.4 million stop and frisks from 2004 to 2012 in nyc with the amount skewed heavily against blacks people. Why?
