Yes. I closed my 1Vice account a few weeks ago. I played with them for several years. I never had a problem with them. Good customer service and I never had them try to pull a fast one on me. Played there for years, they had a great 150% free play bonus I always used to get. Finally ran it up to low 5 figs and they cut off my bonuses and lowered my limits to $50. Didn't care about getting limits cut, as it's every books right to choose to do so, but I was a little worried about getting paid in a timely manner. I have to give them credit, they didn't cut my limits to $50 until my rollover was complete and they paid every cent on time according to their stated time frames and weekly max. I would never ever ever ever ever take a bonus from them. The second you come in the door they will lower your limit to a hundred bucks and the only things that count are game point spreads and game totals. They paid me but it was a nightmareComment -

During the pandemic, my OTB was shut down so I signed up with them because they had dog racing.
Well the second night I hit a superfecta for $1100. I go look at my balance and they only credited me for $189.
I called them up and they said they do not pay track odds.
I asked them when I signed up if they pay track odds and they said yes.

This is ridiculous. They are not a great NOR good book. If you want to bet below $50, then yeah sure it's ok. But betting more than that and/or getting a hot streak and asking for payouts, then forget about it. They'll limit you hard and fast. I asked for 3 payouts in the row and got limited from $250 to $50. With the 3rd payout they closed my account. A few months later they started constantly sending me emails and even after I told them to stop sending me emails since they were they ones to close my account. If you want to experiment and have a 5th or 6th option in a book, then yeah sure use them. I can't believe some of the feedback in this thread.Comment -

Just because someone has a different opinion of a book than you, doesn't mean they work for them. I'll back up Steve's lukewarm assessment of Vice1. As a customer of America's Bookie, they're fine.
