Flyers may have had it too easy against Montreal. The I's are playing like an 8th seeded team looking for a major upset. Very tough to go against them at this stage.

The only counter to this is vegas feels they will not continue this past this series prior to game 1 the isles were the highest odds to win it all of teams in the final 8. For you guys who think the reg season matters...isles lost there last 7 b4 the stoppage.

and now after the first game win, they are 2nd fav to win the East +250

i think next round the islanders will have trouble, especially against the bruins. bruins are the islanders but with better scoring.

I agree with this, will be a tough series. But we still need to wait for both to get past their current opposing teams.

imagine if people just like.. stopped making constant evaluations based on random patches of play.

for all the shit people keep giving the flyers.. it was the penguins and oilers who couldn't even get a spot. it was the caps and blues, 2 of the 5 teams who had more points than the flyers, who got bounced in round 1. it's the avs who are down 0-2 already to the stars. either the lightning or bruins are done soon. vegas is tied up at 1.

I still don't think we look that good. We got dominated the first ten minutes or so and two of those goals should've been standard saves.

Even Steven! Squeaked by, I thought they were going to lose on that power play they gave up as a result of the failed challenge.

They still need to pick it up to have a chance to win the series, imo.

the islanders blew it not scoring on the PP at the end of the 3rd.

all of these games are physical. i love it. riding the +1.5 wave. also got a live bet of +3.5 in the first period.

There are plenty of scoring opportunities in all these games. Goaltending will and always has been the deciding factor in the playoffs. This we know.

Boston got stuck with a backup against a team, Tampa, that is on a mission. That mission being the Stanley Cup. Tampa goaltending far superior thus far.

Lehner was huge in net last night against Vancouver. It looked as though there was no room for the pucks to get by him. The skating in that game was fantastic.

Seems like Philly needed Hart allot more than the Islanders needed their goalie. On a quality shot level.

bet all 3 overs today in round robbin. I’m a glutton for punishment. Yesterday (Sat.) was just plain ugly.
