    Bad beat
Did anyone else get burned with the Indians were up 5-0 last night only to give up seven runs in the fourth inning before dumb ass Francona finally pulled Plutko on their way to a 10-5 loss?

That reminds of the Rockies first couple of years, specifically their home games. I'd bet a team on the runline, they would be up 6-0 in the third and I'd think I was well on the way. Go to the store, come back and it's now 10-9 in the 5th, and the game would end up 18-17.

It was an epic implosion to watch. First give up two run homer, then walked the bases-loaded and gave up a grand slam all in the same inning.

Plutko sucks, Terry wasn’t managing the game either he’s been away from the team with health issues

Plutko does suck, but with a 5 run lead they should be able to win that game even with that bum on the mound. And has he been? I must’ve missed that because I don’t remember hearing it

Sorry man. Have you ever had a team score a soccer goal on the last play to lose $3500. That's probably my worst beat

That does not qualify as a bad beat. I once had the Washington Senators ahead 12-5 in the bottom of the ninth with 2 outs and Boston had Pete Runnels on first base. They then scored 8 runs and won 13-12 on a Jim Pagliaroni grand slam. June 18, 1961 to verify. cannot prove I bet it though but I did.

A 5 run lead in the 4th, probably been 20 worse so far this year

Had Detroit in the Contrarian Fund. Detroit's been a pretty good go to in that Fund.

I hate leading early in those games, last night we didn't lead early.

One man's loss is another man's gain.
