Pro Membership renewed within 1 hour

The staff @ SBR is really working their asses off. I logged into SBR at around 8:15 am this morning for trivia and of course missed the last question but noticed a new message in my inbox that my Pro membership was going to expire in 30 days so I decided to take care of it right away. Sent the donation to Cure Angelman and completed the membership app. Logged back in to SBR around 5 pm and noticed 2 messages in my in box, 1st one was from 8:27am - application received, 2nd message was 9:09am - Welcome to the pros.

All you American non pros what the hell are you waiting for? It's easy as hell and well worth it, between the points I have in the Sportsbook and here I'll be able to purchase $250 in Bitcoin within a couple of days.

Well, you made out better than I did. I just went to renew a day or two early. The renewal site wasn't taking me anywhere, no icons to renew for 3000 pts would come up. I contacted SBR to do it for me, they said they could not. The site finally functioned, I would up renewing ONE day late. I waited the usual 2-3 days for it to go thru, when it did over 20,000 of my points were missing. Genie says my points were reset to 3000 because of the lapse. I have e mailed 3 times to ask for a review and or an appeal. No answer from her. WTF !
I have been a Pro for a long time and a poster since 2007...........just great.

I didn't reply to your last email as I already explained to you the reason for the points reset. Points reset applies to all accounts with an expired status or all accounts that will apply the status for the first time.

Your first email was last Saturday, August 15 asking us to subtract your 3000 points for your renewal and I told you that we cannot do that and rather advised you to apply the status using the pro application form (which is really the right thing to do) but that time your status is already expired. You submitted the form the next day and I just followed the existing rules on points resets before approving your application. I understand your frustration but this is the main reason why the system allows you to re-apply the status 1 month prior to your expiration so you will have enough time to follow the process.

My point is that I couldn't renew, I tried for two days, the site wouldn't show the "renew for 3000 points" icon. Actually didnt show any icon with an avenue to renew. It's a tough penalty, here, like 80 yards for offsides when only my chinstrap was over the line of scrimmage. Any chance of showing me in print where it says such?
