Back when I was booking, I had a neighbor that bet $50/$100 parlays with me and he lost $1k-$2k almost every week.

This guy was so bad that he once called me on a Monday afternoon to bet a tennis match that was on ESPN. He was down about $2K and he wanted to bet $200 on the match. The match had already been played on Sunday and it was a replay. I figured i would throw him a bone and let him bet it. Of course he wanted to bet the guy that had already lost LOL.
