#11OKC probably beats Houston. Rockets will be without Westbrook to start, but even with him they probably lose. That team just isn't that good and Adams would dominate them down low.
Yeah series price tells me Denver wins but no idea how they incorporate Gary Harris and Will Barton back into the rotation with guys like Porter Jr and Bol Bol who have been productive. You don't want to be learning on the fly in the playoffs, at least Utah has rotations and roles set. If Denver can get it figured out fast, they could make a run to the finals.
Clippers will own Mavs, bad matchup for them. They got plenty of bodies to throw at Doncic. Mavs are like Blazers, can't defend and role players suck.
Pacers and Heat will probably be the most competitive first round series but won't get a lot of attention because no big names. Butler vs Warren will be fun. Teams are really similar and both well coached. Think that one could go the distance.
Bottom part of the East will be a joke, I'd be shocked if Nets and Magic can win more than one game. I don't see Philly being that competitive, even if they had Simmons.
Blazers could make it interesting. I'm not even that high on Portland like a lot of people, I just think Lakers are trash outside of LeBron and Davis. That team is looking a lot like the old LeBron teams. A bunch of washed up scrubs that LeBron wants to bring in...Dion Waiters, JR Smith, etc. You are better off getting young guys that want to play hard than washed up old guys. Blazers can outscore the Lakers for sure, the question is can the Blazers play defense. I do like that the Blazers have a ton of bigs to throw at Davis and they don't really have the guards to contain the Portland backcourt. Lakers got a nice draw for the second round, don't think they have much of an issue against either OKC or Houston.
In the end I think Clipps come out the West and think we could see Boston come out the East if they can get it together. I just don't trust Milwuakee, don't know why.Comment -

#17yeah but I wouldn't pay too much attention to that. different teams different dynamic. Joel has a spaced floor for the first time in his career against an undersized defense.Originally posted by johnnyvegas13Didn’t celts own them last time they met in the playoffs

#25- Lol OKC would not beat Harden and Westbrook if Westbrook was full go. Literally a 0% chance. I would stake my life on that. Since he's out now and banged up, things should change. But don't be surprised if Houston goes down like 2-1 or 3-0 and they still win the series.Originally posted by KRITOKC probably beats Houston. - Agree on Clips. Mavs are way outmatched. Inexperienced too. Clippers are a powerhouse.
- Pacers would easily beat the Heat if Sabonis was healthy. He's the best player on the floor for either team. Without him, it's an even series. Toss up.
- Embiid will destroy the Celtics interior D. It will be a bloodbath. I fear Philly may not have an answer for Kemba and Tatum though.
- Lakers will kill Portland. 4-2 at most. Blazers can't play defense. Blazers don't have bigs to throw at Davis. He will destroy Collins Nurkic and Whiteside. He'll average 30 for the series if not more. Lebron has no one who can guard him. Gary Trent is their best defender. That's sad. Lebron is the best player in the world. Lillard himself even said it. Don't forget it.
- I like the Clips in the West for now too.
- Bucks are the best team in the East. Giannis is the best player in that conference by a mile.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

#31Well then what happens with Porter Jr? He basically plays the same position as Barton and Harris, they are all wings. Nuggets may have the problem of too much talent and how do you balance it.Originally posted by Eddy MunnyI was thinking the same thing. If Denver can figure out the rotation and Barton and Harris aren’t rusty, they can make it to the finals.Comment -

#32I think you have to give Porter quality minutes right out of the gate considering the other two have had no run in the bubble. From there, coach just gonna have to play it by ear. And the Nuggets don't exactly have the benefit of playing a creampuff in the first round. The Jazz are capable of giving Denver headaches although I think the Nuggets survive.Originally posted by KRITWell then what happens with Porter Jr?
