Do all these players get to keep their scholarships?
What about the dozens of college clubs each university has that gives scholarships to students because they are funded by football, they keep theirs?

In many cases the answer is yes, the scholarships for this year are already budgeted. But if they play college football with no fans, it wll be all cost and no revenue which jeopardizes future scholarships and and the future of any other sports program at the school.
There might different specifics, but that's the nutshell of each nation's athletic department. This year's scholarship money is already spent, even if they don't play.
For the most part. I'm sure some schools are having trouble wiht this detail.
While Stanford cut 11 programs this year, the scholarships promises wil be honored even for those programs that no longer exist.Comment -

The door is now wide open for the Power 5 Conferences to leave the NCAA. The Bowl season is in major trouble, with the loss of a conference that fills in at least 6 bowl slots. Division 1 teams other than those in Power 5 conferences may have problems filling their schedules. Army and BYU are now down to 5 games. The season will not last past September.Comment -
