Lake Tahoe Next Week...

I failed this thread. Been too busy to post anything. Went hiking, kayaking, and parasailing over the past few days. Weather has been perfect. It is so packed here, all restaurants pretty much need reservations. Have had some great meals and great times here in Tahoe. Will definitely be coming back.

Oh and for tables, those have been packed as well. Definitely not social distancing. Mgmt has been annoying with the mask policy, it needs to be on at all times. If you're not drinking operating, be prepared to get scolded by someone in less than 5 secs. Table mins for BJ have been $15 or $20.

So the Hard Rock Sportsbook was closed on Wednesday, but open the rest of the days. It did close fairly early so if you had late night bets you'd have to go in the morning to collect winnings. I couldn't tell you how many dudes were there throwing in their $30 8 team parlays

Did get a lot of drink tickets though so that's cool. Gave the ticket writer a few bucks as a tip and he threw me a handful of drink tickets on top of my usual tickets from bets. Not that great of a book, but decent selection of games.

Hike the Rubicon Trail. It’s amazing. Bring a lot of water and have a blast.

This is actually what we did Locker. Wasn't exactly the trail we were going for, but ended up there. Was an awesome hike, not too strenuous and had good amount of shade. Found some spots down by the water and it felt great getting in the water. It was such a nice day out there, not too hot. The water was chilly but felt good after the hike.

Forgot to add to those of you that are cig smokers, when I was at the bar at Hard Rock some dude came up to the bartender asking for smokes. Bartender said yes we do sell them, but I won't sell them to you because they are $14 a pack. Go across the street to Dolly's Casino and they are $6 a pack. Just a lil nugget for those of you that smoke.
