<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Sources: Union is asking players to consider rules adjustments to maximize their health, according to a memo sent today. On doubleheaders, consideration is a 9-inning &amp; 7-inning game or two 7-inning games. On rosters, question is whether to extend 30-man limit for additional time</p>&mdash; Britt Ghiroli (@Britt_Ghiroli) <a href="https://twitter.com/Britt_Ghiroli/status/1288538142904066049?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw" >July 29, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

No one is playing for a championship this year. This is more like a Hunger Games combined with Survivor. I would want to play 60 games in 66 days and get out. I wouldn’t even try to make the playoffs this year. Forget doubleheaders, you have to crawl before you walk, just go from city to city without spreading the virus/circus should be the goal. One game per day and be through with it. Its no fans anyway, so why play 2 in an empty stadium.

                      you are right.

sadly they have calendar constraints cause they couldn't get things settled with tons of wasted time negotiating.

Ill take 1 good 9 inning game over 2-7 innings games any day. This is sure starting to look like class A minor league baseball.

Of course there are calendar constraints, but at the rate its going it will be Class A minor baseball by the time the World Series gets here. Who will be on the rosters then??
