You don't need ID to bet in Europe. You walk in the book, pay with cash and collect cash when the game is over.

Some months ago, they changed laws regarding amount of cash you can use in Italy. You can't move with more than 1000 euros cash. So yes, any wins above 1000 they will give you a check

Try having a clue about what you're talking about next time
