I know it may sound harsh but I think a team should forfeit a game if they can’t field enough healthy players. How long and how many games can you postpone? A team should be penalized if their players can’t play. Sorry...

Luck of the draw. It’s just like having a player get injured. Timing is everything. The Star picture might not be able to start when you play them or he could have just got off IR. MLB can’t keep postponing games. The season will take a year to finish. They also needed specific rules. How many players on a team have to test positive before postpone/forfeit?
