So they awarded your account then later pulled it back? How long after was he DQ’ed?

It was probably 4 hours later after post race inspection.. yes.. they graded it a win.. then a loss.

Bets will be settled on the result of the podium presentation regardless of any subsequent
disqualifications. That is the rule in their own rulebook.

Man that sucks. You shoulda got that shit sent to your PayPal soon as possible! I can’t wait to have fan duel/draftkings available for that very reason, love the way with fantasy I can go back and forth to my PayPal so quick and easy!

Have you taken this up with their costumer service? Or filed a complaint? I would try those routes and get a answer before putting them on blast in post.

I definitely did.. I even pointed to their own rulebook to no avail. So I personally decided to remove my money and play elsewhere.

Try filing a report with sbr. I can’t play with them and have never really bet nascar anywhere so I have No clue what the rules are on such events? They should at least be able to get you a answer other than that bs! I mean they didn’t even site you a rule or anything! That would piss me off! Lol

I agree.. again I’m not being argumentative here.. I definitely don’t want to come off that way. But I really believe it’s the wrong decision.. so my decision is to warn others on this situation and move my money out of FanDuel and wager elsewhere. Thanks for the advice.

Oh I understand, we all do!

Do you know you can file a complaint with SBR and they will investigate for you? I’m assuming they do this with USA books? They do for offshore.

Yea I’m not sure about that since I live in one the moron states that will probably be one of last to legalize! Luckily I’m only few minute drive Into Illinios so getting ready to have lots more options!
