Don't pay for picks.

Most touts are outright frauds. Of those that are genuine in their intentions, most can't win longterm. Of the tiny percentage remaining, the amount they charge is greater than the expected value of their picks. If by some miracle you find a genuine tout who can actually win and doesn't charge more than than the +EV of their picks, then either A) other people will know about the tout too and their action will move the line to the point where bets are no longer profitable, or B) the books will be aware of the tout and move the lines before the action comes in. This paragraph is a detailed way of saying...

i check is IG from time to time and it is hilarious the videos he puts out saying to buy his packages and such. guy is such a douche it comes thru the screen.

people believe it with all the flaunting of $$$ pics. similar to dan blizerian and his lifestyle before it came to light now.
