The short of it is that it pays to have access to a portfolio of live and online places to do things and 'Merica ain't one of them by a long shot. There are countries in Europe, Asia, etc. that make 'Merica look like the stone age in this aspect.

Those places were stealing money. By stealing, I mean money was missing from balances while playing. Seen it over and over again. If you are playing multiple hands, you might not even notice.
Caught them multiple times!
Always had to open tickets to get it fixed before finally quitting due to the fact it was happening too much. Seen it happen to other people as well so it’s just not me.

It would be helpful to be more specific. The providers are the books. When an organization selects a gaming/ dealing group to partner with they in fact should be responsible for everything.
Everything is wrecked in 2020. Macau is still down in revenue over 90% which points to a direct action to limit gaming there. Here is the US casinos are building outdoor gaming because tents and temporary buildings which are... temporary buildings are better than buildings. Online is wrecked too.
