I don’t find it to be any my business. I think if a guy contributes to discussions they still helping the site. I agree nice to give to one the great charities but end of the day it not a decision that involves us.

Other way around. The charitable donation can be tax deductable.

Maybe not so much for $100, but we give more than that to Angelman each year anyway and when you add up different similar contributions, it can be as effective as tax loss selling.

This is a crazy idea, but I think you’d get more Pros if you allowed the $100 to be given as a political contribution.

If I could donate to Trump’s re-election campaign and get pro status here, I’d definitely do it.

And unless the charities are paying SBR back a % of the donations they get thru this site, I’m not sure how donating to them helps the site?
