I would say that, depending on how big the country is, each salary range of class gets representation. Make under $20K a year, you have a representative that you vote in that also has to make under that salary cap. $20K-$30K, same thing, your voted representative makes in that salary range also. Then it's fair all around. Everyone gets a vote and they can't be bought out because if they go over their salary cap then they lose their job

3) Somewhere in the 5th, 6th, or 7th Amendment will contain a provision for explaining to each jury their rights to jury nullification.

4) Federal level judges will make a list of judges to replace them and will be confirmed by the senate. Take the President out of it.

5) The only tax the federal government can levy is a sales tax, and it must be uniform for all things bought and sold, and for all people.
