While I generally agree with your sentiment why didn't anyone say what happened with the bubba story was a great example of how no one SHOULD rush to judgement before the facts are sorted out? They quickly said it was a mistake and moved on. Bubba still kept saying it was a noose.

Because we rush to judgement in everything in our society. This isn’t left or right this is everyone. And I can guarantee you a nascar driver storyline isn’t going to suddenly change how our society rushes to judgement. That’s a problem that’s going to take a lot more work. Our president tweeting about it isn’t the answer

Trump is not capable of being better than this. He's been a racist all his life. He is unable to even govern. He thinks by going dark he will pump his base up. Maybe so, his base comprises less than 40% of Americans. Not enough to win. Tweeting what he tweeted today about Wallace could even lose him votes, he certainly won't win any over. He's been racing since he was 16. Just made it to the big show with NASCAR in 2017....Still pretty much a rookie.

No, drivers are assigned different garage stalls each week. The configuration of pit stalls are different at each track.

They have a picture of the rope from last year when someone else was in that garage. If Trump wants to blame someone he should blame the president of NASCAR. He was the one who told Bubba about it. He had ulterior motives.
