From what I'm reading, there are structural issues with the building also that's making it attractive to tear down since it's expensive and a pain to maintain. Only problem with that is, it's gonna require a lot of cash to rebuild. Would they want to leave a vacant lot with the NFL stadium about to open?

It's cursed like the pyramids. There are some columns missing in the basement. Be careful if you are in the casino. If you eat a big buffet meal don't go to Luxor casino.

And agree with most, I don’t really remember a time when this place wasn’t a shithole. In the 90s when I was in college saw a cheap titty show there and we all wondered why it was such a dump.

Luxor is the first place I ever gambled in Vegas, playing balckjack all night long, at 20 years old, using my friends ID. He was 21.

I actually won that first trip too, I think it was around $300 playing BJ. That was a big score.
