death pools have long been a staple of entertainment gambling. howard stern ran one that was popular. boston radio mogul howie carr always had one going and when there was a winner he would always say so and so won't be down for breakfast so at 4:00 we will be starting a new death pool. good radio. phone lines were jammed trying to get their pick in. if your choice got picked ahead of you he would give you a quick pic.
