The meaning of "it's just one bad cop" is that you can't paint an entire class of people from the actions of a person. Just like I'm sure you've been taught not to stereotype all black people every time someone who happens to be black does something wrong. Your theory would hold water if not for the disproportionate amount of violent crime that is committed.

In regards to the police officers comments:

1. That's an extreme minority of ppl

2. You guys don't think that the same small percentage of black ppl are talking that same smack??

Bottom line, there's a difference between being bad/corrupt, and being racist.
