Buying/sending btc issues or is the new normal
Is this the new normal or is it just me?

I decided Id go ahead and fund a book today, so I go the big btc exchange on the west coast of usa and buy my btc instantly with my debit card, goes right through. Then I go to send it to a outside wallet and it sends but with a 72 hour time to clear, or says I can upload new docs and speed it up. So I upload new docs and its says verified, but my transaction still says clearing, and asking for the documents again even though Ive gotten the email saying verified. The transaction page keeps asking for the damn documents every time I check it even though Ive been verified twice today.

Its not the end of world to wait till Sunday morning (72 Hours) but wtf is the point of being able to buy instantly and then not be able to send instantly, Im wondering if everyone who did wd in March when everything stopped is going to get flagged now, Im just ranting. Contacting cs is a total waste of time

Moved BTC around today , although did not need to buy any with cash , zero problem and fast

If this 'west coast exchange' is new to you or 1st time then seems normal

Ive only gotten into the btc game in the last six months. I connected my bank to Gemini. The funds go into my btc but I need to wait 5 business days for them to clear and allow me to send. Can I expedite this?

Not unless you wire money to Gemini beforehand (which costs more money). Buying through ACH you gotta wait for the funds to "clear" before withdrawing outside of your account. They'll let you trade internally, but won't take it out of the account itself until the "check clears" (easier to eat the loss if the ACH bounces if the trading was within their own website and they just have to absorb the potential loss from the Bitcoin being tied up than it bouncing and the Bitcoin is long gone from your account without a chance to recover). Fastest way is through Cash App or by buying with a debit card on Coinbase. I use Cash App to buy and either Coinbase Pro or Bitpay Card to sell.

Once you're verified, Cash App is instant. You use a debit card and it's usually about 1.5% fee. Nice part is they cover the miner fee to withdraw. Just be careful if you withdraw direct to a book, people have reported getting banned. I usually make sure the address the book gives me is clean (no previous transactions) before sending direct. Otherwise, I use an intermediary.

Haven't used Coinbase in awhile, but they usually let me withdraw instantly with a debit card, but they want verification first also.

100% true. Never sent to a sportsbook with them and got banned. Only made small purchases too like $50. Refused to tell me why they banned me when I asked them. Fuk them.

They are bad news. Why even sell it if you're going to ban guys for buying it?

So I thought as well. Bought tons, plenty of times. Then one day I couldn't and support never responded to my 100 messages.

Now I use the crypto app and it's even better than cash app...right now there are ZERO fees to buy instantly. There are a ton of other features and they also offer a D3b1t card like bitpay. There are multiple card levels with good rewards like cash back depending on how much/long you stake. The lowest tier card anyone can get for free.

Honestly it's been such a pain in the ass dealing with BTC that unless I have some on hand from a buddy selling me some or something like that I just use a C C way easier and less bullshit.

Personally, I would pay the $10-$25 fee to wire it to Gemini and have it available to do what you want with in around 8 business hours.

Like brick says, it's the crypto app from crypto.com

Of course you need to get verified like all other exchanges.
