Pound for pound we are the best team year in year out. We might not win it every year but we are the best. At lest in my eyes.

I’m more a realist but most years we are good enough to have a chance. That a lot more than most fans get!! If Carpenter regains his past form and goldy gets back to putting up mvp type numbers then cards will be in playoffs with a chance to beat anyone. Even without the offense we could make the playoffs off backs of our pitching, just wouldn’t be there long. The beauty of being a cardinal fan is every year brings optimism!
