i live here...its wild on the south and west sides

most of these people arent "innocent" either, except when its a 3 year old or 13 year old or 15 year old....they are strapped and shooting back

we have a states attorney who is mostly at fault for this. they pick you up for UUW and a day or two later and a couple grand, sometimes even a couple hundred and they are back on the streets.

What is anyone supposed to say about that? The police were probably busy on a routine traffic stop wasting their time searching some poor bastards car looking for some useless drug charge. More cops would just mean more of those, not preventing of any violence/real crime.
