I tip well always if I'm served well and they are nice.. I don't care what religion, color of skin, age or political party they are if they do a good job..
Waiters and Waitresses live off the tips as minimum wage doesn't pay your rent and car payment alone....
They make less than minimum wage hourly. If people didn’t tip they wouldn’t hit minimum wage

They usually don't work 8 hours a day and full time either so tips are VERY important to them.. I understand that, that's why I tip well always unless they are dead beats!! 20% I tip on average.....
If the bill is $100 I give a $20 tip for those can't do math ..
