Add in the historical era, and it was "main stream" thinking and acceptable.
As a kid I didn't like gays because everybody else didn't. It was my era.
I was uneducated in others, I was just a kid.
IF i had a statue, tear it down......but my circle of friends now has gays.
Go figure?
