      I’m praying for the opposite.

We should know by 5PM today whose prayers were answered.

20% attendance allowed in Illinois, I'm sure Missouri will be more.

So Cubs/Sox/Cards all will be having fans

            MLBPA voted 33-5 AGAINST

Ball is now in commissioner's court, but without player's approval, he would probably dictate season of less than 50 games if at all.

Manfred made his mandate, and rather surprisingly it is for 60 games. MLBPA will now take another vote whether or not to accept mandate.

Based on conversations with a number of players, there is a strong expectation the MLBPA will vote yes on MLB's proposed July 1 report date, codify the health-and-safety protocol (with some slight tweaks) and lock in a 60-game season that begins around July 24, sources tell ESPN.

Looks like Baseball is back FOR REAL this time!

#MLB and the #MLBPA continue to exchange ideas with the health and safety protocols. There are no major snags. The union already informed MLB that it plans to play, and be in spring training camps by July 1 with a 60-game season starting July 24-26 weekend.

Jesus, WTF is wrong with these athletes? Do they still think they're gonna die from catching a flu? Fukking pussies...

How many professional athletes have died from Covid so far? Hate these idiots but I need to put some money on these clowns.

Teams with the better pens? They will have the edge. No way the starting pitchers can get into form with just 12 starts. Especially after spring training was halted over 3 months ago. Also will look closely at the 40 man depth, believe the rosters start off at 30, and teams with the deeper 40's should get off to fast starts

Need to get clarification on this rule, and what the penalty is to a player:

Rockies' Blackmon tested positive for corona:

The Post reported that Blackmon tested positive last week after workouts at Coors Field in Denver. The newspaper said the Rockies then closed the ballpark, following MLB protocol.
Many players around the majors have been working out in recent weeks at either their home ballpark or their team's complex in Florida or Arizona. MLB closed all spring camp sites on Friday because of virus concerns.
Blackmon has been an All-Star the past three seasons. He is a career .304 hitter in nine years.
