doubt it.. at least not on a legit level. the element of surprise is gone. i was doing some minimal security watch mid-week in a plaza with a target across the lot (they had their own guy.) a few of us were sitting outside our store around 1am and about 25 squad cars/suvs rolled through the lot with lights on. one stopped to ask if everything was ok, and we told him it's been nice and quiet. he was saying there was 'word' on social media about certain places, and to be aware. once the guard arrived and police could move around more freely, it was basically done.

With protests going on this weekend there will always be riots and looting some where.. Thugs just don't go away and disappear on the weekends..

Every business in Santa Monica where I live is shut down and boarded up.. Weathering the storm just in case.. Business owners learned where I live, they won't chance it.. I'm sure NY business owners are doing the same now and learning quickly..

Don't stay open and board up on the weekends especially where there are protests going on!!
