The 22nd Amendment says no one can be elected more than twice, an Obama VP becoming president wouldn't be elected.

The 12th Amenment says anyone ineligible to be President by constitutional standards is also ineligible to be VP.

For obvious reasons, the requirements to be VP are identical to the requirements to be President and anyone who's already been elected President twice is disqualified from that office and therefore disqualified from being VP.

Ya I probably wont vote. I live in San Fran, California which will always be Democrat and I typically vote Republican so my vote literally doesn't matter. When I lived in San Diego, my vote did matter more down there for local things
