ok so yeah both parties made it a big deal at the beginning but its clear to me ( in my buble lol ) that one side wanted to get the show on the road and ones side wanted everyone to sit at home til 2022 practically

people cant even go to aa meetings , the gym , funerals or family get togethers but one side is ok destroying cities alongside thousands of people. its just always backwards ass thinking from the left. it doesn't surprise anymore and i refuse to turn a "blind eye" on it guy

I thought you were referencing the “destroying cities” as the Democrats were letting the protest to destroy cities go on. So for the part if I misunderstood my apologies

Why did they have to tread lightly? So you’re saying people’s concern at the time on those platforms was fake? I doubt people in nyc would think the corona virus was overblown. Some states didn’t have it bad which is true but then why didn’t those states open up. It seems like you’re giving a lot of power to Democrats for not only not wanting their states to open up but also for getting other states less affected to not open up to. Why wouldn’t the predominantly red states with low cases not open up though? Wouldn’t there not be outrage there?

I think back and forth is good though if it’s done right. It enables me to see your perspective and ask questions. A lot of people don’t explain their thoughts well on here and they just spout off and most of the time if they do that they have no reasoning for their thought process. I’m always willing to hear someone else’s perspectives and if they have sound reasoning and can answer my questions then they deserve my time in seeing if maybe I wasn’t seeing the situation clearly so I appreciate the discussion. Today's unexpectedly good news on unemployment is probably bad news for a second stimulus bill, at least in the $1200 pay directly to us style. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/u-job...123601431.html

The House bill's DOA in the Senate and the Senate's not going to do anything until July, to see how the recovery goes. Basically, the weaker the recovery, the better the chance another $1200 stimulus check will be viewed as worth the cost.

Otherwise, McConnell's vowed to cut the $3 trillion House bill down to $1 trillion. Something that 'small' almost certainly won't have another stimulus round in it.
